EverStaff has partnered with a boutique civil litigation firm located in Beverly Hills, CA, seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with at least five years of experience in civil litigation and/or labor and employment law. This is a fantastic opportunity for an attorney who enjoys working on complex cases from inception through resolution and thrives in a collaborative and well-supported team environment.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a full caseload with partner supervision and will possess excellent communication, analytical, and litigation skills. This role involves significant client interaction and offers meaningful professional growth, strong benefits, and a healthy work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse caseload from inception to resolution, including pre-trial and trial preparation
Conduct discovery, including propounding and responding to written discovery
Take and defend depositions
Draft and argue motions, including motions for summary judgment
Appear in court and represent clients in hearings and proceedings
Maintain proactive and responsive client communications, including reporting and updates
Collaborate closely with partners and colleagues to ensure high-quality legal work
Requirements:
Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in civil litigation and/or labor & employment law
Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom skills
Experience managing cases independently and efficiently
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to case strategy
Trial experience is a plus
What’s Offered:
Competitive salary: $150,000 to $225,000, depending on experience
