As a Valet Supervisor you will work directly with the facility General Manager and Operations Manager to ensure quality guest service at DFW International Airport working for DFW Airport Valet.
If you…
- Interact and communicate well with customers and effectively handle their concerns.
- Have experience supervising employees in a parking, rental car or hospitality position.
- Are enthusiastic about providing outstanding guest service.
- Have a clean driving record (no more than one moving violation) for the past 3 years.
- Are able to safely drive vehicles including manual transmission vehicles.
- Enjoy providing hands-on assistance to both the guests and employees.
- Are flexible with work shifts/hours to service late flights, peak volume periods, and emergency situations.
- Promote positive employee relations and provide a harmonious work environment.
- Can coordinate all dispatch, valet and driver activities to ensure proper flow of traffic and personnel.
- Have a high school diploma, or even more preferred, a college degree.
- Understand the basics of computers like Excel, Word, etc.
- Enjoy a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
Requirements:
- Valet supervisor experience of 3 plus years
- 5 years with valet experience
- Clean background
- Toll Tag
- Management or supervisor experience
