ComResource is looking for a ServiceNow Software Engineer.

We need someone to assist in designing and developing enhancements on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on automation, integration, and scalable business solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement enhancements for applications built on the ServiceNow platform.
• Extend ServiceNow functionality using out-of-the-box components, JavaScript, REST APIs, and other custom methods.
• Optimize and enhance ServiceNow application software to support business process automation and auditing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and support smooth implementation of applications, modules, and integrations.
• Participate in testing, analysis, and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and performance.

Essentials:

• Proficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application development and ServiceNow plugins/modules.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle including requirements analysis, QA, design, and release management.
• Familiarity with Web 2.0 technologies and communication protocols.

Desired:

• Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework.
• Python development skills.
