Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Digitizer to join our team in Rancho Cordova. The ideal candidate will have experience with Wilcom software and be proficient in digitizing files for embroidery. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and an understanding of embroidery design concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

Digitize artwork and designs using Wilcom software for embroidery production.
Ensure designs are optimized for stitching, considering fabric type, thread density, and stitch direction.
Adjust and refine designs based on specifications and production requirements.
Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and high-quality designs.
Troubleshoot and resolve any digitizing-related issues.

Qualifications:

Experience using Wilcom software for embroidery digitizing.
Strong understanding of embroidery design principles.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in embroidery production or a related field is a plus.
