We’re hiring an AI Security & Governance Engineer to lead the secure deployment and governance of enterprise generative AI platforms in a highly regulated financial environment. This role sits at the intersection of cybersecurity, identity, and AI platform operations, with ownership over how AI is safely used across the organization.
What you’ll do
- Own security and governance for enterprise GenAI platforms (ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude Enterprise)
- Govern AI features, agents, and connectors to ensure secure data use and least-privilege access
- Design guardrails for agentic AI workflows and integrations with enterprise systems
- Monitor AI activity, logs, and risks through SIEM and security tooling
- Partner with IT, Legal, Compliance, and business teams on AI risk and policy decisions
- Support regulatory and audit requirements related to AI usage
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years in security engineering or cloud/SaaS security
- Hands-on experience administering enterprise AI platforms
- Strong understanding of identity, access control, and data protection
- Familiarity with financial services or other regulated industries
- Ability to translate technical AI risk into clear business guidance
