We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join a fast-growing healthcare technology company focused on modernizing clinical and operational workflows across the U.S. healthcare ecosystem. This is a full-time, primarily remote position supporting EST business hours. The ideal candidate brings strong automation engineering experience across backend systems, APIs, and user-facing applications, with the ability to help drive quality initiatives across a complex SaaS platform. Job Title: Senior QA Automation Engineer (Healthcare SaaS)
Location: Remote (EST Hours, U.S.-based only)
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks across backend services, APIs, integrations, and front-end applications
• Create and execute automated test suites to validate complex, data-intensive workflows and platform functionality
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Validate system integrations, API behavior, and data integrity across interconnected platform components
• Identify defects, improve testing processes, and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives across the organization
• Advocate for automation best practices and help establish scalable QA standards across engineering teams
• Support delivery of highly reliable software solutions in a fast-paced SaaS environment
Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in QA automation engineering, test framework development, or software quality engineering
• Strong experience with automated UI testing frameworks such as Selenium or similar frameworks
• Hands-on experience testing APIs, backend services, and data validation workflows
• Proficiency with at least one modern programming language such as C#, Java or similar programming language
• Experience building and maintaining automated test scripts and regression testing frameworks
• Familiarity with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber or SpecFlow is a plus
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with high attention to detail
• Experience within healthcare technology, SaaS, or highly regulated environments is preferred but not required
Compensation
• Base Salary: $95,000 – $110,000 + 5,000 Annual Bonus Full Comprehensive Health Benefits

• Role is primarily remote, but candidates must be based in the U.S. and available to work Eastern Time (EST) business hours
