Restoration / Construction Technician

Commercial Employees is hiring Demolition Technician for a Specialty Cleaning Company in Oakmont. This role involves hands-on work helping restore properties after fire, water, and storm damage. If you’re reliable and ready to work, we want to hear from you.

* Driver's License and valid auto insurance is required for this position *

Pay & Schedule:

$18 – $20 per hour
Weekly pay
1st shift: 7:00 AM start
Typical end time between 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Overtime available (average 50 hours/week)

Demolition Technician Requirements:

Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance required
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Ability to lift 25–50 lbs.
Comfortable with physical labor (standing, bending, kneeling, climbing)
Reliable transportation and strong attendance

Demolition Technician Responsibilities:

Perform demolition and debris removal on damaged properties
Assist with water extraction and restoration projects
Remove and handle damaged materials safely
Set up and maintain safe work sites
Move equipment and contents as needed
Support cleaning and deodorizing services
