What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing all financial activities across two manufacturing plants
- Analyzing cost performance and partnering with operations to optimize profitability
- Managing and mentoring plant controllers while supporting leadership with strategic insights
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of experience in financial controlling, with a strong background in manufacturing
- 3–5 years of team leadership or supervisory experience
- Expertise in cost accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting systems
