Requirements of position | |||||
· Ideally, one to five years of experience in recruiting, setting up job fairs and drawing recruiting resources, preferably in the staffing industry. Additional experience in client services or account management is a plus. · Demonstrate industry knowledge, including a consultative sales approach · Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, sales and marketing skills, as well as demonstrated relationship building and effective presentation skills. · Proven track record for effective recruiting generation, objection. · Must have strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Ability to navigate sourcing software, CRM, and technology tools effectively is necessary. · Must be able to pick up new technical and procedural knowledge quickly, apply new learning to become more effective at work, works to continuously improve his/her skills. · Must possess time management and organizational skills, including the ability to shift back and forth between two or more markets · Ensures timely and accurate reporting of all weekly and monthly reports, client paperwork, and required documentation. · Ability to make competent use of work-related equipment and materials. · Ability to work effectively within an unstructured environment and display the flexibility to identify and respond to changes in company priorities. · Ability to operate as a true team player. Must possess a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, a high sense of energy and a relentless drive for success. Maintains a professional appearance, demeanor and approach to work. · Ability to prospect in person, travel to client sites within the assigned sales area, as business needs dictate. | |||||
Responsibilities of position | |||||
· Promote recruiting capabilities in alignment with strategic growth objectives to build Revenue and GP. · Develop recruiting strategies and draw traffic into offices for new accounts for the specific markets and its conditions. · Attend and get actively involved in professional networking, associations and community events/engagements. · Prospect through local communities networking lead generation tools and leverage existing advanced and dedicated social media opportunities. · Establish and manage a recruiting strategy. · Prepare and deliver recruiting presentations, for prospective clients, including knowledge of company background, functional activities/ needs, and anticipation of questions. · Understand and utilize Avionte and participate in ongoing training (as provided). · Assist in the regular/annual preparation of detailed Market recruiting, including projected new client, job orders, billable hours, gross profit, expenses, and operating profit. · Maintain accurate manual and Avionte Bold records and historical data throughout the recruiting process. · Seek performance feedback to improve and achieve annual goals and drive profitability. · Execute a high level of integrity and trust with both internal and external individuals. · Manage, cultivate, and grow recruiting. Work closely with recruiters to promote client orders, validate and write job descriptions, qualify and submit candidates and manage the entire range of the order-to-hire process (as necessary). · When new orders are obtained, work closely with Recruitment and Operations Management to develop an immediate staffing plan and to generate recruiting support (as necessary). · Work to provide the best level of service and satisfaction throughout the account management process. · Work with internal recruiters with training and communication when needed to assist in the staffing process. · Achieve targeted monthly goals and weekly metrics. · Post positions on appropriate job boards (as necessary). · Provide guidance and support on refining job descriptions (as required). · Ensure data and tracking is all completed within Avionte. |
