  1. Have good production experience 
  2. Understand that they will be working in cold temperatures and need to have the clothes to do so.
  3. Able to work with Fish 
  4.  Pay Rate: $16.50/hr.
  5. Able to work Monday – Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
 
 
Responsibilities






We are looking for a hard-working production worker to assist in the process of a fish company. The production workers’ responsibilities include keeping the production area clean, preparing machinery and equipment for use, working on the production line as instructed, and strictly following health and safety guidelines.
 
To be successful as a production worker, you must be able to work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy. An outstanding production worker must be able to maintain production standards and work to improve productivity without compromising quality.
 
Production Worker Responsibilities:
 
  1. Follow health and safety regulations.
  2. Keep the workstation and production plant clean.
  3. Assembly of products and parts.
  4. Following production guidelines and specifications.
  5. Finalizing and packaging products for shipment.
  6. Operation and maintenance of machinery and equipment of the production line.
  7. Assembly line monitoring and removal of defective products.
  8. Work on the production line and meet production targets.
  9. Report any problems to the shift supervisor.
  10. Perform other tasks as assigned.
 
Production Worker Requirements:
 
  1. High school diploma/GED.
  2. Previous experience working in a factory is beneficial.
  3. Able to work in a team.
  4. Good communication skills.
  5. Basic math skills.
  6. Physical dexterity.
