Requirements of position
3-5 years’ experience in Air Exports preferably for a Freight Forwarder A-Z Knowledge of Export Process from origin to destination Knowledge of Shipping Documentation: Commercial Invoicing, Packing List, BOL`s, Certificate of Origin. Must be Bilingual Eng/Span Proficiency in using freight forwarding software such as Magaya or Cargowise and Microsoft Office applications
Responsibilities of position
Arranging air freight bookings, selecting appropriate routes, and coordinating with airlines and trucking companies. Preparing and processing export documents such as airway bills, commercial invoices, packing lists, and export declarations. Ensuring adherence to international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies. Interacting with clients, overseas agents, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
