Packaging Associate: Juda, Wisconsin

Our customer in Juda, Wisconsin is a family-owned food production enterprise seeking motivated individuals to join their growing team. As a Packaging Associate, you will be responsible for packaging and inspecting food, as well as sanitizing the working area to ensure products are meeting top quality standards.

Responsibilities of the Packaging Associate:

Ensure finished products meet quality and safety standards.
Ensure continuous flow of product and monitor for proper positioning, spacing, sealing, and correct codes/labels.
Seek appropriate resources (Leaders/Managers) as needed to correct and prevent issues in a timely manner.
Perform visual inspection for any defects and rework or discard defective products based on procedures.
Setup, calibrate, and perform minor maintenance to the packaging equipment.
Complete required paperwork, logs, and computer systems for inventory accuracy.
Operate, inspect and maintain forklifts

Packaging Associate Requirements and Qualifications:

Experience in manufacturing and/or packaging required.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Ability to follow instructions/policies/procedures in written, verbal, or diagram form.
Ability to life 20-50 pounds.

Pay for Packaging Associate: Starting at $20.50/hour plus shift differentials
