Job Description:

The Reserve Network is excited to hire a Research and Development Technician who is committed to quality and safety in the workplace. The ideal candidate will bring outstanding attention to detail in performing laboratory duties and be physically capable of performing these tasks by delivering results in a systematic and timely fashion.

Responsibilities:

Assist Technical Manager in the development of new formulations and their analytical testing with record-keeping technology.
Operate laboratory extruder based on Research and Development activities, support production activities.
Compile and analyze data from compounding and testing projects.
Test products and run formulations in batches as per standard operating procedure and requirements of the project.
Maintain, operate, and calibrate laboratory equipment, including maintaining inventory for raw material and critical components.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1 year experience in compounding/manufacturing facility, preferred with analytical or plastics testing methods and equipment

Steady work history showing reliability and commitment

Basic Math Skills

Pre-employment background check and drug screen

The base salary range for this position is $20.00 and hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
