Job Description
Join a dynamic and fast-paced Commercial Water department as a Distribution Specialist. In this role, you’ll support the Water Product Manager in monitoring order fulfillment performance, managing shipment accuracy, and working cross-functionally to ensure timely and efficient delivery of commercial water products.
Responsibilities
• Monitor and track open commercial water orders, including order aging and backlog
• Operate measuring equipment to ensure product accuracy and dimensional compliance
• Validate and manage shipment backlogs based on customer needs
• Verify physical inventory against system records and resolve discrepancies
• Partner with shipping and customer service teams to prioritize orders
• Assist in improving audit processes and purchasing signal accuracy
• Process individual shipments and expedite urgent orders as needed
• Proactively escalate issues to management to prevent workflow interruptions
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or customer service environments preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to read and interpret Bills of Materials (BOM) and Oracle order reports
• Experience using Korber and High Jump systems for inventory transactions
• Must obtain Licensed Truck Operator (LTO) certification at our client Site
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Oracle inventory tools within 6 months of hire
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to identify and resolve data and transaction anomalies
• Able to lift 5 – 50 lbs. consistently and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Must follow both written and verbal instructions accurately
• Fluent in reading and writing English
