Job Description
Responsible for preparing, sandblasting, and painting equipment to ensure the surfaces are clean, smooth, and properly coated according to specifications and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform painting applications; duties include, but are not limited to:
- Preparation of painting, painting equipment, and surfaces
- Surface preparation through sandblasting, hand sanding, taping, pneumatic sanders, or grinding tools
- Move materials and equipment to staging areas using an overhead crane
- Apply primer and paint according to specifications
Qualifications and Requirements
- Reliable and dependable
- Previous work experience with 2-part epoxy paint (required)
- Previous sandblasting experience
- Previous equipment testing experience
