In this role, you will be responsible for verifying eligibility and benefits for inpatient and outpatient services while ensuring that patient insurance records are accurate and up to date. Responsibilities:
• Perform insurance verification for inpatient and outpatient services using online portals
• Confirm patient eligibility and benefits through payor websites and systems
• Accurately apply coordination of benefits when multiple payers are involved
• Update and maintain insurance information in EPIC and other electronic systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient registration and billing
• Perform insurance verification for inpatient and outpatient services using online portals

Qualifications and Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in inpatient and outpatient insurance verification
• 2-3 years of experience in inpatient and outpatient insurance verification
• Proficient with EPIC electronic health record system
• Strong understanding of coordination of benefits and multiple payer workflows
• Experience using online portals to verify eligibility and insurance coverage
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills
