We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Billing and Coding Specialist to join our healthcare team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in resolving billing issues, insurance rejections, and denials, with a strong background in working with Medicaid and other governmental and commercial carriers. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate billing, coding, and reimbursement while collaborating closely with clinical and administrative staff

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $20-$22 not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
