Job Description

In this position, you will be responsible for controlling the flow of materials into a machine, monitory the process to prevent issues, and interpreting blueprints. Responsible for overseeing the injection molding process, from setup to quality control and troubleshooting. Ensuring the equipment operates efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic issues on machinery.
Perform routine and emergency maintenance on machines and auxiliary equipment using proper tools.
Set up molds and configure machines according to specifications and production requirements.
Inspect parts for quality using precision instruments and adjust machine settings as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure equipment is in optimal condition.

Qualifications and Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge and familiarity with hydraulics, electrical wiring and distribution, electronics, pneumatics, and programmable controls

The base salary range for this position is $35,360, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
