A research company in the Honolulu area is seeking a temporary bilingual interviewer who is fluent in both Spanish and English. As a telephone interviewer you will be conducting phone surveys by calling through a US mainland sample. We are looking for outgoing, pleasant, articulate individuals who thrive working in a stand-alone environment.

This position does not involve any sales or telemarketing.

Job type: Temporary project  (1-2 months)

Work Schedule: Sunday – Saturday (11am – 3pm or 4am-12pm: must be available for both shifts)

Pay: $20/hr

Location: Honolulu – Potential Remote Work Available (after initial training is completed)

Key Responsibilities:
•    Explain the study's purpose, answer questions, address concerns
•    Data Collection and Recording: place outbound calls and accurately record answers
•    Ethical Consideration: Maintain confidentiality, ensuring unbiased questioning and adhering to ethical guidelines
•    Communication: Must have a pleasant phone demeanor and be able to effectively communicate with respondents

Qualifications:
•    High school diploma or equivalent.
•    Computer Skills- proficient in data entry and typing (35 wpm)
•    Past experience in customer service and/or administration positions
•    Fluent in Spanish and English
•    Attention to detail
•    Flexible and adaptable
