Accounting Assistant

Cardinal Staffing is hiring a dependable Accounting Assistant for a local company in Sandusky, OH. This temp-to-hire opportunity is perfect for someone organized, efficient, and comfortable juggling both numbers and administrative tasks.

Daily Responsibilities:

Daily production tracking and reporting
Invoicing, A/R posting
A/P including check runs, reports, 1099 prep
Payroll and onboarding support
Administrative support for the management team
Maintain office supplies, contact lists, and weekly lunches/snacks

What We’re Looking For:

Degree in Accounting (or related) preferred
Proficient in Excel and QuickBooks
ERP or MRP system experience
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Strong communication and time management skills
Able to multitask and maintain confidentiality

Pay Rate: $18/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00AM–3:30PM

Location: Sandusky, OH
Status: Temp-to-Hire
