Blending Operator

SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Machine Operators for a company in Racine, WI. The Machine Operator is responsible for operating automated and semi-automated production equipment to create and manufacture finished products.

SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $18/HR as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).

Available shifts include 6:30a-2:30p. Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis.

Responsibilities of the Blending Operator:

Obtain picking sheets daily from Lead Operator
Process ingredients in proper order
Verify that metal detector and all processing equipment are operating in a safe manner
Pack totes/pails/boxes to proper weight, label and seal properly
Complete required documentation
Scan finished product into inventory
Perform daily cleaning assignments

Required Qualifications of the Blending Operator:

Previous experience in production, manufacturing, assembling, and/or machine operating.
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude is essential.
Flexibility to work overtime and extra shifts as needed.
Experience reading and interpreting production specifications a plus.
