Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM 
Location: Delano, MN 
Pay: $18.50–$21.00 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Production Loader / Unloader to join a fast-paced production team in Delano, MN. This role is responsible for loading and unloading materials onto an overhead conveyor system, inspecting finished products, and preparing materials for shipment.
The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a physically active manufacturing environment while maintaining quality standards and production flow.

Key Responsibilities:
Load / Unload Operations
• Load and unload products onto a continuously moving overhead conveyor system 
• Unpackage and prepare materials for loading and finishing processes 
• Inspect parts for damage or defects before and after processing 
• Read prints and determine proper racking locations and paint coverage areas 
• Repackage finished materials and prepare them for shipment 
• Perform in-line quality control checks and document inspection results 
• Use hand and power tools to prep or repair defective materials as needed

Shipping & Receiving
• Prepare outbound shipments for customer pickup 
• Assist truck drivers with loading and unloading materials 
• Receive incoming customer materials, shop supplies, and paint deliveries 
• Package finished products on customer-supplied pallets or crates to ensure safe transportation

Safety & Continuous Improvement
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines 
• Participate in safety meetings and ongoing training 
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment 
• Assist with planned maintenance and housekeeping tasks 
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives including 5S, standard work documentation, and kaizen activities

Qualifications:
Required: 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment 
• Comfortable using hand and power tools 
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions 
• Strong teamwork skills and dependable attendance 
• Ability to work safely around moving equipment and materials

Preferred: 
• Previous manufacturing, production, shipping, or warehouse experience 
• Experience reading prints or work instructions 
• Forklift or material handling experience

Working Conditions:
• Manufacturing environment with exposure to moving machinery, materials, and production equipment 
• Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movement throughout the shift 
• Ability to lift and move materials regularly throughout the workday 
• Fast-paced environment requiring attention to safety and detail
