We are seeking a skilled and reliable Garage Door Installer to join a locally owned garage door supplier. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial garage doors. This role requires strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Install new garage doors, openers, and related components according to company standards and manufacturer specifications
- Perform maintenance and repairs on existing garage doors and openers, including troubleshooting and diagnosing issues
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns
- Ensure all installations are repairs comply with safety standards and regulations
Requirements
- Strong mechanical and technical skills
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Ability to live and move 50 pounds
- Previous construction, electrical , or mechanical experience is a plus
- Excellent problem solving abilities
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- 21+ years of age
- Knowledge of reading a tape measurer
- Willing to undergo criminal background check
- Clean drug screen
Location: Thomasville, GA
Pay Range: $12.00 - $19.00 / Hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM
