Position: Direct Hire
Location: Saint Louis, MO (Sunset Hills).
Hours: M – F (8 to 5).
Schedule: Hybrid (Friday).
Preferred: Local candidates.
Status: Must be a US citizen.
Experience: 5 years.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Salary: Market (Depending on experience).

Summary: Our client is seeking a Marketing Automation & CRM Strategist to elevate our email and CRM marketing programs. In this role, you’ll transform email into a high‑impact, revenue‑driving channel through advanced segmentation, lifecycle journey development, personalization, and continuous optimization. You’ll also serve as the company’s in‑house Dynamics expert, maximizing platform capabilities, strengthening data integrity, and driving measurable gains in lead generation, pipeline progression, retention, and revenue. This highly cross‑functional position collaborates closely with marketing, sales, design, CRM, and digital teams to align messaging and targeting in support of company growth.
