Responsibilities of the Team Support Associate:
- Support the sales team with day-to-day client service and account coordination activities
- Prepare sales materials, product illustrations, and client-facing documentation
- Assist with inbound and outbound communications regarding client requests and account updates
- Maintain accurate and organized records within CRM systems and internal databases
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely processing and follow-up on sales opportunities
- Help track sales activity, pipeline updates, and project timelines
- Respond professionally to client and partner inquiries while providing exceptional customer service
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop industry and product knowledge
- Contribute to team initiatives, sales campaigns, and process improvement efforts
Qualifications for the Team Support Associate:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Internship experience or approximately 1 year of experience in customer service, sales support, administrative support, or financial services preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence
- Highly organized with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable learning new systems, software platforms, and industry concepts
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and eagerness to grow professionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is a plus
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and driven to build a successful career
