Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the leasing process for our portfolio of properties

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential tenants

• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective renters

• Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease agreements

• Screen and evaluate tenant applications, including credit and background checks

• Coordinate move-in and move-out processes for tenants

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant records and lease documentation

• Resolve tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner

• Collaborate with property management team to ensure smooth operations and high tenant satisfaction

• Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to optimize rental rates

• Prepare regular reports on occupancy rates, leasing activity, and revenue performance

• Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and company policies

• Assist in the development and implementation of retention strategies for existing tenants

• Participate in budget planning and forecasting for leasing activities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with local real estate agents and brokers

Skills Required:

• 3+ years of experience in property leasing or real estate management

• Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively

• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
