Twin City Staffing is seeking a collections and expense associate to join a professional team in the Saint Paul, MN area! This role is a vital mix of accounts receivable support and corporate expense management. Location: Saint Paul, MN
Wage: $50,000 – $60,000/year | DOE
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday – Friday
Position Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Duties of the collections and expense associate:
- Manage collections on outstanding accounts and monitor aging reports
- Coordinate with third-party agencies on delinquent accounts
- Resolve billing discrepancies and update QuickBooks Online records
- Review employee expense reports for accuracy and policy compliance
- Manage corporate credit card activity and reconciliations
- Support Sunshine Act/Open Payments reporting and expense tracking
- Assist with expense reimbursements and accounts payable support
- Maintain records for compliance and audit purposes
Requirements of the collections and expense associate:
- 2+ years of experience in collections, AR, expense reporting, or accounting
- Proficiency using QuickBooks Online or similar software
- Experience reviewing expense reports and corporate credit cards
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and strong attention to detail
- Experience in subscription billing, healthcare or medical device environments is a plus
- Familiarity with Sunshine Act/Open Payments is a plus
