This position is the central point of coordination for the facility, providing vital support for front-desk operations, purchasing, and human resources. Location: Becker, MN
Wage: $18.00 – $20.00/hr.
Hours: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM | Monday – Thursday | 20 – 24 hours per week
Position Type: Part-Time | Temporary | Flexible-schedule for right candidate
Duties of the office administrator - HR support:
Manage front office reception, phones, visitors, and mail deliveries
Oversee office supplies, purchasing, and invoicing/coding tasks
Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and benefits administration
Organize monthly safety training and maintain audit-ready records
Track timekeeping, attendance, and internal HR communications
Handle sensitive employee information with high professionalism
Requirements of the office administrator - HR support:
- 1–2 years of administrative and/or HR support experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Paycom or similar HRIS experience
