Looking for an entry-level manufacturing opportunity with paid training and room to grow? Twin City Staffing is hiring entry-level production associates for a leading manufacturing company in Isanti, MN. No experience is required! Whether you're looking for summer work, your first manufacturing job, or a long-term career, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience while earning competitive pay and overtime.

Location: Isanti, MN

Wage: 1st Shift: $18.00/hr. | 2nd Shift: $19.00/hr.

Hours:

1st Shift: 6:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday – Friday
2nd Shift: 3:30 pm – 2:00 am, Monday – Thursday

Duties of the entry-level production associates:

Assemble wood products using blueprints and production specifications
Operate hand tools, nail guns, and measuring tools
Move materials and finished products using a forklift
Inspect products for quality and accuracy
Meet daily production and safety goals
Perfect for recent high school graduates, entry-level job seekers, and anyone looking to start a career in manufacturing

Requirements of the entry-level production associates:

No experience necessary – on-the-job training provided
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. throughout the shift
Ability to read a tape measure, communicate in basic English, and pass a background check
