Location: Saint Paul, MN
Wage: $18.50 – $21.00/hr. (Wage review after 90 days/6 months)
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Monday – Friday (35–40 hours per week)

Duties of the receptionist and admin support:
- Greet customers and vendors professionally
- Manage phone switchboard and screen calls
- Handle invoicing, AR, and credit card payments
- Utilize "OpenShop" operating system for data entry
- Manage filing, mail, and office supplies
- Assist with B2B Sales-Use Tax reporting
- Perform "light" production fulfillment during downtime
Requirements of the receptionist and admin support:
- Strict daily arrival between 7:45 AM – 8:00 AM (Phone system live by 8:00 AM)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
