Entry Level Machine Operator

Twin City Staffing is hiring entry level machine operators for a manufacturer in the Buffalo, MN area! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone entering the workforce or looking for a stable career change. Work in a temperature-controlled environment that features an on-site gym and basketball court for employees!

Location: Buffalo, MN

Wage: $18.00 – $20.00/hr. | DOE

Hours:

Nights: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM | Monday – Thursday
(Overtime on Fridays as needed)

Duties of the entry level machine operator:

Operate metal stamping and fabrication equipment safely
Produce high-quality parts according to training standards
Meet minimum production goals consistently
Bend, twist, and reach while standing during shifts
Lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the workday

Requirements of the entry level machine operator:

High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work consistent schedules and overtime
Previous experience in machine operation is a plus
Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day
