General Laborer and Framer

Twin City Staffing is hiring for multiple general laborer and framers on 2nd shift in White Bear Lake! This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy using tools and building structural wood components in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided, so if you are motivated and reliable, apply today!

Location: White Bear Lake, MN

Schedule:

2nd Shift: 4:30 PM – 4:30 AM, Monday – Thursday | White Bear Lake | $19.00/hr.

Duties of the general laborer and framer:

Build wood trusses, wall panels, and structural framing components
Measure, cut, and position lumber according to blueprints and layouts
Operate nail guns, saws, and various power tools
Maintain high safety and quality standards on the production floor
Work on your feet in a covered manufacturing environment

Tools and gear needed:

Framing hammer
25' tape measure
Utility knife
Work boots or safety shoes (steel toe not required)

Requirements of the general laborer and framer:

Ability to read a tape measure accurately
Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift for 10–12 hour shifts
Comfortable learning to operate saws and nail guns
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Construction or framing experience is a plus
