Express is seeking a Data Integrity Specialist for a well-established organization in the real estate industry. This is a great opportunity for someone with real estate knowledge and strong attention to detail to join a collaborative compliance team.

Location: Sacramento, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8AM - 5PM
Pay: $23 – $25 per hour, DOE

Key Responsibilities:

Review and process listing rule violations through the Listing Data Checker (LDC) system
Investigate and issue fines or reversals based on MLS compliance procedures
Ensure listing data integrity by processing change requests with proper documentation
Monitor and enforce the mandatory submission rule and marketing practices
Oversee secure use of member login credentials and electronic lockbox access
Coordinate Tribunal Hearings related to formal listing complaints
Respond to legal subpoenas and provide requested documentation
Collaborate on rule revisions, MLS integrations, and reciprocal data sharing
Generate and reconcile invoices related to compliance fines
Support onboarding of new team members and contribute to internal process improvements
Provide Letters of Good Standing for licensing and membership verification

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of real estate industry experience required
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer navigation
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Comfortable handling challenging conversations with professionalism
Flexible, team-oriented, and open to feedback in a constantly evolving industry
