This role supports the Extended Workforce Program, helping manage contingent workforce operations within assigned business units. The team operates globally, and the organization is expanding the program to add more depth and operational support.

This position is considered mid-level, functioning primarily as a coordinator supporting workforce operations, stakeholder communication, and requisition management. This is an 18-month contract to start with the potential of conversion.

Responsibilities:

Manage and track contingent workforce requisitions for assigned business units
Ensure roles are progressing through the hiring process and being filled efficiently
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and hiring managers
Support reporting and workforce data tracking
Coordinate within the extended workforce program to ensure operational alignment
Work within workforce management systems and maintain accurate documentation
Manage multiple priorities and requests across stakeholders

Qualifications:

2–5 years of experience
Background in workforce operations, contingent workforce coordination, HR operations, or program coordination
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple requisitions/workstreams
Comfortable working in systems and reporting environments

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is up to 33.00 per hour. Compensation will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This rate is subject to change.
