We currently have a very exciting opportunity available for a Recruiter II in Bellevue, WA. This will be an 11-month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion.

Responsibilities:

Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees. Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others.
Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees. Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status. May require a bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

Qualifications:

5+ years of recruiting experience
Strong functional sourcing expertise, including passive candidate identification and engagement
Experience supporting corporate customers and senior-level stakeholders
Proven ability to deliver results and take ownership of recruiting outcomes
High standards for candidate quality, communication, and process execution
Demonstrated career progression and stability within a single organization
Experience recruiting for niche or highly specialized roles

Pay Range:

Pay range for this position will be $50.00 to $52.47 per hour. Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This rate is subject to change.
