We currently have a very exciting opportunity available for a Recruiter III in Austin, TX. This will be an 11-month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage top talent through proactive sourcing and outreach strategies
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening conversations to assess fit and interest
- Review resumes and profiles to evaluate candidate qualifications against role requirements
- Prepare clear and concise candidate summaries for hiring stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align on candidate profiles
- Participate in team meetings, calibration sessions, and pipeline strategy discussions
- Collaborate closely with recruiting team members to share insights and best practices
- Manage candidate pipelines independently while maintaining high activity levels
- Track and report on recruiting activity, pipeline health, and hiring progress metrics
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting or sourcing, preferably in a high-volume or fast-paced environment
- Proven experience sourcing for technical or niche roles within large organizations or recruiting agencies
- Strong proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques, including the use of AI tools and deep research methods
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a high-trust, hands-off environment
- Collaborative, team-first mindset with a willingness to share knowledge and support peers
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in candidate evaluation and documentation
- Track record of meeting or exceeding recruiting performance metrics (e.g., candidate activity, interviews scheduled, offers extended/accepted)
- Ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, and talent market trends
Pay Range:
- Pay range for this position will be $45.22 to $50.22 per hour. Compensation will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This rate is subject to change.
