Inventory Control Lead

Lingo Staffing is Now Hiring for an Inventory Control Lead in Macedonia, OH

Hours: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Mandatory Overtime)
Days: Monday – Friday
Pay: $18–$23/hr Based on Experience (rate review required)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Inventory Control Lead for a growing manufacturer of low-volume custom products in Akron, OH. This role is hands-on and requires mechanical aptitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to oversee parts picking, fabrication, and inventory management. Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required; technical training or degree preferred but not required
Experience with parts picking, inventory tracking, and organization
Ability to gather parts for jobs and put away incoming materials
Basic fabrication skills and ability to make simple parts
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and build instructions
Strong math and problem-solving skills
Mechanically inclined with hands-on tool and equipment knowledge
Experience operating supporting equipment such as shears, cut-off saws, and hand tools
Dependable and punctual with excellent attention to detail
Strong teamwork and communication skills; open to instruction and eager to learn
Must be willing to comply with a national background check
