Position Overview:
The Marketing Manager will lead the creation and execution of customer-facing content, digital engagement, and sales enablement tools. This role is critical in driving brand presence, supporting revenue growth, and improving customer experience through targeted marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer-Facing Marketing & Sales Enablement
Create and manage weekly email campaigns (content creation and execution)
Plan and schedule weekly social media posts
Develop monthly sales tools:
Netsuite email templates
Event booth materials
Patient-facing flyers
Coordinate and write hold message scripts
Produce piggybacks and direct mail materials
Digital Presence & Advertising
Manage website landing pages and banner ads for lead generation
Oversee SEO strategy and monitor performance
Optimize and manage PPC (pay-per-click) campaigns
Marketing Analytics & Attribution
Track performance of email marketing and social campaigns:
Open rates
CTR (Click-Through Rate)
Conversions to sales
Monitor social media engagement and lead generation metrics
Attribute marketing-driven revenue from mailers, flyers, and sales tools
Analyze trends to adjust content strategies accordingly
Voice of the Customer
