About the Role:
The Fulfillment Specialist plays a critical role in delivering a seamless customer experience from order to delivery. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that each customer order is processed with accuracy, care, and efficiency, helping us maintain our reputation for excellent service and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and process customer orders in the system
- Ensure all orders are fulfilled and shipped in a timely manner
- Verify that products are packaged and delivered correctly, safely, and without damage
- Monitor the order pipeline and address any delays or discrepancies promptly
- Communicate and escalate fulfillment issues to the appropriate internal departments
What We’re Looking For:
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency
- Basic computer/data entry skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse support is a plus
