A growing professional services and training organization is seeking a Training and Operations Assistant to support training logistics, operations coordination, and administrative processes. This role offers hands-on exposure to training program execution, vendor coordination, reporting, and operational support while working closely with internal teams and facilitators.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and logistical support for training programs and workshops
Prepare training materials and assist with setup for training sessions
Support facilitators and participants during live training events
Coordinate training resources, materials, and technology to ensure smooth program delivery
Track inventory and maintain organization of operational supplies
Maintain records and assist with reporting on program activity and outcomes
Support vendor coordination, proposal comparisons, and communication tracking
Assist with evaluation processes and compiling assessment data
Help ensure operational workflows and training logistics run efficiently
Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in administrative support, operations, training coordination, or related environments
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Comfortable learning new systems and collaboration platforms
Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
Flexible schedule and willingness to occasionally support outside standard office hours
Pay: $20-$22/hr
Hours: Part-Time | 15-25 hours per week
