Job Description
We’re looking for a seasoned software developer to support, enhance, and modernize a customized enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform. This role involves hands-on development in Progress OpenEdge and related technologies, working within an Agile team to deliver scalable, efficient solutions across a variety of internal systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop application features for a tailored ERP environment using Progress-based technologies
- Analyze technical requirements and deliver solutions that align with business needs and usability standards
- Collaborate with team members to support system upgrades, data migrations, and software integrations
- Write and maintain high-quality documentation and participate in code reviews and technical troubleshooting
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent hands-on experience
- 5+ years of experience in Progress OpenEdge development and enterprise application support
- Strong background in object-oriented programming, scripting, and database integration
- Familiarity with front-end tools (e.g., Kendo UI), APIs, .NET integration, and SQL-based backends

The base salary range for this position is $110K - $120K, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
