Job Description

Success in this role will come from being highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing financial transactions and reporting. You will play a key role in summarizing daily bank activity, processing payments, and ensuring accurate coding and recordkeeping across treasury operations. Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset will be essential when working with both internal teams and external partners. A willingness to learn and adapt quickly, paired with proficiency in Excel and financial systems, will support continuous growth and efficiency in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Review bank activity and create clear daily summaries to keep management informed
Check invoices and payment details for accuracy before issuing checks or wire transfers
Help track and confirm all incoming deposits, credit card charges, and payment records
Support internal teams and vendors by resolving issues quickly and providing helpful service
Other day-to-day accounting procedures

Qualifications and Requirements:

Degree in Accounting or Finance
1+ years’ experience with basic accounting and billing tasks
1+ years’ treasury experience, including cash flow tasks & handling bank transaction reporting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Strong communication skills & high attention to detail

The base salary range for this position is $49,000–$60,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
