Job Description
Outstanding opportunity that will provide an exciting opportunity to make an impact by influencing the rate of change as we continuously improve the current processes and execute projects to prepare for our future growth. This position is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to building this growing company's Risk Management function. You will work primarily in the corporate office; some remote work will be available for this role.
Responsibilities:
• Track and manage various claims.
• Provide claims analysis and updates to Executive leadership with recommendations for expediting claims resolution.
• Execute ad hoc projects as needed as prioritized by the CFO and Executive Team
Qualifications and Requirements:
• 3 + years of successful claims management experience
• Experience with related legal principles
• Experience with worker’s compensation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Management of claims loss costs and loss expenses
• Claims review experience with proven ability to keep all parties involved with claim resolution as appropriate
• Actively execute appropriate claims activities to ensure consistent delivery of claims service
• Optimal claims management as measured through aggressive action plans and overall administration as measured by reduction in the
• Solution-oriented, working through problems to achieve an optimal resolution
• Effectively work with various levels of personnel throughout the organization

The base salary range for this position is $65,000–$80,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
