Job Description

As a Metal Finisher, you’ll play a vital role in the post-casting process by performing hands-on work to clean, smooth, and inspect cast metal parts. Uses grinding, blasting, deburring, and cutting tools to remove excess material and prep parts to exact specs. Checks parts visually and with gauges to ensure quality. Follows detailed work instructions, handles parts carefully, and works to high standards for surface finish and accuracy.

Metal background

Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings

The base salary range for this position is $21/hr. after training on 1st shift for $18/hr. excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
