Job Description

Join a global-minded team as Global Sales Support Specialist a responsible for connecting international sales with key internal departments including engineering, operations, and product development. In this highly collaborative role, you'll play a critical part in aligning cross-functional teams to drive initiatives, enhance customer satisfaction, and support international market expansion. This is an ideal position for someone with a technical background who excels in communication and coordination.

Responsibilities

Facilitate communication and collaboration between international sales and internal departments
Coordinate cross-functional projects to support international sales goals
Translate market and customer feedback into insights for internal teams
Resolve cross-functional issues including warranty, logistics, pricing, and compliance
Support international product rollouts in coordination with marketing and product development
Track progress, deadlines, and performance metrics for initiatives
Align internal resources with sales strategies and customer needs
Ensure compliance with internal policies and international regulations
Serve as a point of contact for escalations and troubleshooting

Qualifications and Requirements

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
Spanish proficiency is required
5 years of experience working in an interdepartmental or cross-functional environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent project management and organizational abilities
Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Skilled in problem-solving with strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to travel up to 25%
