Job Summary:
The Environmental Safety Manager leads the development, implementation, and oversight of safety programs while serving as a liaison between Risk Management, Operations, and administrative teams. This role supervises Safety Officers, identifies and addresses hazardous conditions, and ensures compliance with safety standards. The position requires strong independent judgment and initiative to support organizational safety and risk reduction.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base hourly pay rate for this position, which is  $32.00 - $34.00 per hr, not including benefits, potential bonuses, or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth.
