Job Description

Supply & Box Manufacturing Company is seeking an experienced Flexo Machine Operator to join our expanding team in Charlotte. In this role, you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining McKinley and Martin Flexo Folder Gluer machines to produce high-quality corrugated packaging. This position plays a key role in maintaining production quality, efficiency, and safety on the floor.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate McKinley and Martin Flexo Folder Gluer machines
Perform quality control checks on printed boxes for alignment, ink consistency, and structural integrity
Complete production reports and checklists for each job run
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications and Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 3 years of experience operating Flexo Folder Gluer machines, preferably McKinley and Martin models
Previous experience in the corrugated packaging industry required
Strong mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot printing and equipment issues
Ability to read and interpret production layouts and perform accurate measurements

Job Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required
Min of 3 years’ experience operating Flexo Folder Gluer Machines
Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, reaching, climbing, and pulling of materials
Must speak and read fluid English
