Job Description

The Warehouse Associate plays an essential role in daily warehouse operations by handling inbound and outbound shipments, operating forklifts and warehouse equipment, and ensuring products are processed accurately and safely. This position is responsible for picking and packing orders, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining inventory organization, and completing required paperwork. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

Pick and process orders by reading pick tickets and completing required paperwork
Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and motorized pallet jacks safely and efficiently
Load and unload shipments while ensuring product accuracy and preventing damage
Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking duties as needed
Assist with inbound paperwork and shipment documentation
Move products to designated staging, shipping, or receiving areas
Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely and consistently
Strong verbal and written communication skills
1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred
1–2 years of forklift experience preferred
Forklift certification preferred

The base salary range for this position is $18.00, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
