A large County Government Precinct within Harris County is looking for a Budget Analyst III to support their Finance and Accounting department. Budget Analys plays a strategic role in guiding financials and leads the analysis of complex financial data, evaluates budget performance, and identifies key variances to inform executive decision-making.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base hourly pay rate for this position, which is  $34.00 per hr, not including benefits, potential bonuses, or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth.
