You'll spend the majority of your time managing collections efforts while also supporting accounts receivable activities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Compensation: $25–$29/hr
8-week temporary assignment with immediate start
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Daytime Hours
Location: Omaha, NE; 100% onsite
No interview process – qualified candidates can start quickly

What You’ll Do:

Contact customers regarding past-due accounts and drive timely collections efforts
Review aging reports and proactively follow up on outstanding balances
Process customer payments and maintain accurate AR records
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
Support month-end activities and maintain organized documentation

Qualifications & Requirements:

2+ years of accounts receivable and collections experience
Must enjoy and be comfortable making collection calls daily
Strong customer service and communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative
Basic Excel, Outlook, and accounting software experience required
